- Items must be in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Starting a Return

Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
